Change the address on either:

your full driving licence

your provisional driving licence

Before you start, you need:

your driving licence

to be a resident of Great Britain - there’s a different process in Northern Ireland

to not be banned from driving

the new address where you would like your updated driving licence to be delivered.

Please have all your documents to hand as the service will be timeout when not in use.

Your Photocard Issue Number is a 2 digit number

This 16 digit number can be found in section 5 e.g. MORGA657054SM9IJ.
